An excellent carbon steel welding electrode
Carbon steel welding electrode with iron powder low hydrogen potassium coating. It is used on both AC and DC in all postion. As the coating contains iron powder,it has hightly efficient welding and can reduce welding layers. Welding of medium carbon steel &some important low alloy steel structure such as 16Mn.
Application
Used to weld low carbon structure &low alloy steel structure,such as 16Mn etc. before welding, it is necessary to clean the work piece&remove the impurities such as oil,grease rust and moisture. Back the ekectrode at the elelctrodes at the temperature of about 350℃ for one hour. Welding must be carried out short arc suitable for narrow path. When used DC, it must be connected with positive polarity.
